Currently running groups are:
Depression/Anxiety/Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
This group focuses on learning triggers, coping, and understanding. Precipitants can share their experiences in a safe confidential environment. Depression/Anxiety/ and PTSD support group is every other Monday at 10:30am
Please contact the Membership Coordinator for more information and to sign up. Group will be closed after 10 people for 8 weeks.
Healthy Living
Our Healthy Living group is open to all members and runs weekly on Tuesdays at 11am.
This group offers a monthly healthy lunch, yoga, walks, and discussions.

Emotional Health
This group encourages raising self esteem, and dealing with negative thoughts and emotions. Members are welcome to voice their worries and concerns with their emotional health and wellbeing in a safe confidential environment.
